Future in the Classroom: Bhavan’s Tripura School Goes AI-First

AGARTALA: In a first for the state, Bhavan’s Tripura School today began conducting classes using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, marking a significant step towards modernising the education system in Tripura.

Speaking to the media on the occasion, School Principal Swapna Som elaborated on the initiative, highlighting how AI-driven tools would be integrated into the regular teaching-learning process to enhance students’ educational experience. Som further stated that the introduction of AI technology in classrooms is expected to assist teachers in better assessing student performance, identifying individual learning needs, and tailoring instruction accordingly. She expressed confidence that the initiative would set a benchmark for other educational institutions in the state to follow suit.

The launch has generated considerable interest among parents, students, and educationists alike, with many viewing it as a progressive move that could pave the way for wider adoption of AI-based learning tools across schools in Tripura in the near future.
