AGARTALA: Tension gripped Kalyanpur after a worker died of electrocution while working on a power line on Monday, prompting the local Electricity Department office to be locked amid fears of public outrage.

The deceased has been identified as Bidhu Kapali, who was reportedly electrocuted while carrying out line work.
