Agartala:The Akhil Tripura Teachers’ Association organized its annual merit scholarship program 2026 at Agartala Press Club, honoring 13 students who secured positions among the top 10 ranks in this year’s Secondary (Madhyamik) examinations.
Each of the felicitated students received a memento along with financial assistance to support their continued education, recognizing their academic excellence and hard work.
The event was attended by several distinguished guests, including Agartala Mayor Deepak Majumder, Central Zone Chairman and Corporator Ratna Dutta, and eminent social worker Santosh Saha, among other dignitaries.
Speaking at the occasion, attendees emphasized the importance of encouraging academic merit and supporting students who demonstrate exceptional performance despite various socio-economic challenges.
