CPI(M) Holds Press Conference After Two-Day State Committee Meeting

Agartala: Following the conclusion of its two-day state committee meeting, the CPI(M) organised an important press conference today at Dasarath Deb Smriti Bhavan to brief the media on the key decisions and discussions held during the session.

Senior party leaders addressed the gathering, outlining the major issues deliberated during the two-day deliberations, which reportedly included an assessment of the current political and socio-economic situation in the state, organisational matters, and the party’s future course of action.

Party leaders are understood to have discussed strategies to strengthen the CPI(M)’s grassroots presence ahead of upcoming political activities, while also reviewing the performance of the state government and highlighting issues concerning the common people, including unemployment, price rise, and law and order.

Speaking to reporters, the leaders reiterated the party’s commitment to continuing its movement on public issues and called for unity among Left and democratic forces in the state.

The press conference concluded with party leaders expressing confidence that the decisions taken during the state committee meeting would help in further strengthening the organisation and intensifying the party’s campaign on pressing issues affecting the people of Tripura.
