Tripura Minister Bikash Debbarma Attends PM Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ Listening Event in Khowai  

KHOWAI: A special listening program was organized on Sunday at Lal Chhara Booths No. 10 and 11 to broadcast the 134th episode of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s popular radio show, ‘Mann Ki Baat’. The grassroots event was attended by Tripura’s Tribal Welfare Minister Bikash Debbarma, along with Mandal leadership, booth-level workers, and local party supporters.  

During the broadcast, Prime Minister Modi highly lauded India’s recent sporting achievements, celebrating athletes who broke national records. He specifically highlighted the historic feat of sprinter Gurindervir Singh, using it to inspire the nation’s youth. The Prime Minister also emphasized citizen-led social initiatives, self-reliance, and public health, urging the adoption of nutritious diets and healthy lifestyles.  

Following the program, Minister Bikash Debbarma addressed the gathering, stating that ‘Mann Ki Baat’ serves as a profound emotional bridge between the Prime Minister and ordinary citizens. He emphasized that the leader’s focus on youth empowerment and collective responsibility would motivate the next generation toward active nation-building. The attending workers also applauded the Prime Minister’s message and pledged to work resolutely for the welfare of society.
