AGARTALA: Job aspirants who cleared TET-1 and TET-2 in 2024 once again met the Chairman of the JRBT (Joint Recruitment Board, Tripura) on Thursday, renewing their demand for the simultaneous appointment of all 1,856 successful candidates.
The unemployed candidates said all qualified aspirants who have been waiting for recruitment for a long time must be appointed together without further delay.
They alleged that despite repeated attempts to meet the Chief Minister and the Finance Minister over their recruitment demand, they have not yet been granted an audience, adding to their growing frustration.
The candidates said they have passed the examinations but have been waiting for appointment for a prolonged period, and appealed to the government to expedite the recruitment process.
They further warned that if the government fails to take swift, positive action, they will be forced to launch a larger movement in the coming days.
