AGARTALA: The Tripura Pradesh Congress Committee submitted a deputation to the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) on [date], raising a set of concerns related to the state’s electoral process ahead of upcoming polls.
According to sources, a delegation of Congress leaders and workers met the CEO at his office and handed over a memorandum outlining the party’s grievances, though the specific issues raised in the deputation have not been officially disclosed.
Congress functionaries reportedly used the occasion to demand transparency and fairness in the electoral process, alleging irregularities that the party claims could affect the sanctity of the polls in the state.
