BAIKHORA: The Rath Yatra festival at Baikhora was formally inaugurated by Member of Parliament Biplab Kumar Deb, marking the start of the annual chariot festival celebrations in the area.
Devotees gathered in large numbers to witness the inauguration and take part in the festivities associated with the Rath Yatra, which commemorates the symbolic journey of Lord Jagannath, Balabhadra and Subhadra.
The MP’s presence at the event underscored the festival’s significance within the local community, with residents from Baikhora and surrounding areas turning out for the occasion.
