Minister Sudhangshu Das Chairs Quarterly Review, Orders Swift Project Implementation

KAILASHAHAR: State Minister Sudhangshu Das on [27.07.2026] chaired a district-level review meeting of three departments at the Unakoti district Circuit House, aimed at accelerating the implementation of development projects and ensuring government services reach the public without delay.

The meeting, held at the Circuit House, reviewed the progress of various schemes under the ARDD (Animal Resources Development Department), Fisheries, and Scheduled Caste Welfare departments. District Magistrate and Collector Megha Jain (IAS), Zilla Parishad Chairman Amalendu Das, and senior officials from the concerned departments were present.

Addressing the meeting, Minister Das said the quarterly review is intended to assess the real progress of ongoing projects, identify and resolve bottlenecks swiftly, and ensure that the benefits of government schemes reach every genuine beneficiary. He emphasised that coordinated efforts between the administration and relevant departments would further accelerate the district’s overall development.

The minister directed officials to expedite pending works and maintain regular monitoring to avoid delays in project execution. He reiterated the government’s commitment to delivering tangible results to the people of Kailashahar and the wider Unakoti district through effective and time-bound implementation of welfare schemes.
