AGARTALA: Longtrai organised a felicitation ceremony here on Friday to honour artists associated with the culinary profession, with around a hundred cooks and chefs attending and receiving recognition at the event.
Present on the occasion were the company’s Managing Director Ratan Debnath, General Manager Subrata Debnath, Manager Gourab Debnath, Legal Officer Amarjit Banik, along with eminent culinary artist Tapan Das and businessman Subhadeep Roy Chowdhury, who also graced the stage.
Speakers at the event praised the role and creative skills of culinary artists, saying they enrich food culture and add new dimensions of flavour and joy to everyday life through their work. The ceremony was organised to recognise their contribution and encourage them further.
The culinary artists present expressed happiness and gratitude at being felicitated, and praised the quality of Longtrai’s product range, describing the brand as an essential companion in cooking.
The event concluded successfully in an atmosphere of camaraderie, respect and encouragement, organisers said.
