AGARTALA: A high-level meeting was held at the state BJP office on Tuesday, bringing together the chief minister, ministers, MLAs and senior party leaders ahead of upcoming political and organisational programmes. The meeting saw detailed discussions on the party’s organisational affairs, future programmes and key political issues.
Among those present were Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha, former Chief Minister and MP Biplab Kumar Deb, and BJP Tripura state president Abhishek Dev Roy, along with other ministers, MLAs and senior leaders.
Discussions focused on strengthening the party’s organisational base across the state, expanding outreach among the general public, and ensuring more effective implementation of upcoming programmes. Leaders also reviewed the progress of party activities at various organisational levels.
Speaking at the meeting, leaders stressed the need to strengthen the party organisation down to the grassroots while ensuring the state government’s development initiatives reach people effectively.
The meeting, attended by the party’s top brass, is being viewed as significant, with leaders indicating that the decisions taken will guide the BJP’s organisational and political strategy going forward.
