Agartala: The Cosmopolitan Club organized a cleanliness (Swachhata) drive in the area on Saturday, mobilising members and local residents to take part in the initiative.
The programme was aimed at promoting hygiene and civic awareness among residents, with volunteers pitching in to clean up the locality. Club members said such drives are part of their ongoing efforts to keep the neighbourhood clean and encourage community participation in maintaining public spaces.
Local residents welcomed the initiative, with several joining the volunteers during the exercise.
