Agartala: Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha is scheduled to inaugurate the Supra Multispecialty Hospital along with a blood donation camp today at the hospital premises in Motorstand, Agartala, according to an official notification issued by the Information, Cultural Affairs (ICA) Department.
The programme, confirmed through a communication sent to media houses by the department’s News Bureau, will see the Chief Minister formally open the new healthcare facility, which is expected to add to the growing network of private multispecialty hospitals in the state capital.
Alongside the inauguration, a blood donation camp has been organised at the same venue, aimed at encouraging voluntary blood donation and addressing blood bank requirements in the region.
The event is part of the state government’s continuing focus on expanding healthcare infrastructure and access to quality medical services across Tripura, with the Chief Minister, who also holds the Health portfolio, having inaugurated several hospital projects and health initiatives in recent months.
