JHARKHAND: A widowed mother from Ramgarh has drawn attention after completing the 1,600-metre run barefoot and in a saree during a Home Guard recruitment physical test.
The woman, identified as Kavita, took part in the physical test despite limited resources. She reportedly secured top marks in it, according to a video report shared by India Today NE.
The report said she was determined to secure a stable future for her children.
