AGARTALA: Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha attended the ‘Matro Bandana’ ceremony organised by the Town Bardowali Mandal Women’s Front, which drew a large gathering of women.
The hall was packed, with women raising their hands and cheering as the programme went on. The Chief Minister was present on stage along with other dignitaries and party office-bearers.
The event, held ahead of Durga Puja, was organised by the Mahila Morcha unit of the Town Bardowali Mandal.
