Agartala:The NHM United Forum on Sunday formed a new committee at Agartala’s Jakshya Nivaran Hall, with the newly constituted body announcing plans to take up various pending demands concerning the Health Department directly with Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha.
According to forum representatives, the reconstitution of the committee is aimed at strengthening the organisation’s efforts to address longstanding grievances of National Health Mission (NHM) employees across the state.
Members present at the formation meeting reportedly discussed a range of issues affecting NHM staff, though specific demands were not immediately detailed.
The forum stated that it would soon seek an appointment with the Chief Minister to formally present its charter of demands and press for resolution.
