AGARTALA: The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) on Tuesday announced the names of 10 students who excelled in the Madhyamik and Higher Secondary examinations, while also briefing the media on details regarding the compartmental (“save a year”) examinations.
TBSE president Dr. Dhananjoy Gan Chowdhury, along with secretary Joydeep Bhattacharjee, addressed the press conference and presented detailed information on both matters.
Speaking to reporters, the TBSE president congratulated the meritorious students and highlighted the board’s commitment to ensuring transparency and academic excellence in the state’s education system. He also outlined the schedule and modalities of the upcoming compartmental examinations, which are aimed at giving students who fell short in one or more subjects an opportunity to clear their respective levels without losing an academic year.
Secretary Joydeep Bhattacharjee elaborated on procedural aspects, including registration timelines and examination guidelines for students appearing in the compartmental exams.
The board officials urged students and guardians to stay updated through official TBSE notifications for further details regarding dates and other examination-related information.
