Nabaikya Club Marks Golden Jubilee, Inaugurates New Building

Agartala: The Nabaikya Club, located near Babuji School Road at Bhattapukur in North Badharghat, celebrated its Golden Jubilee year with the inauguration of its newly constructed concrete building.

Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha attended the celebration as the chief guest, along with several other dignitaries.

As part of the golden jubilee festivities, the club also organized a blood donation camp and a mega health camp, drawing participation from local residents. The health camp offered medical check-ups and consultations, while the blood donation drive saw voluntary donors come forward in support of the initiative.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister lauded the club’s decades-long contribution to community welfare and social service in the North Badharghat area, noting that clubs like Nabaikya play a vital role in strengthening grassroots social infrastructure.

The newly constructed building is expected to serve as a permanent venue for the club’s future community activities, including sports, cultural programmes, and welfare initiatives.

Members of the Nabaikya Club expressed gratitude to the local administration and well-wishers for their support over the club’s fifty-year journey, and reaffirmed their commitment to continuing service-oriented work in the years ahead.
