Kumarghat: As part of the nationwide celebrations marking 12 years of the government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, a three-day Public Welfare Camp was inaugurated in the Kumarghat Municipal Council area. The camp is being held from June 15 to June 17 with the aim of bringing government welfare schemes directly to the people.
The inaugural programme was attended by Pabiachhara MLA Bhagaban Das, along with other dignitaries and public representatives.
During the camp, beneficiaries received government-issued cheques, certificates, and other essential assistance under various welfare schemes. The initiative seeks to ensure the efficient delivery of government services and benefits to eligible citizens.
Speaking on the occasion, the organisers highlighted the government’s commitment to public welfare, inclusive development, and good governance. Local residents welcomed the initiative, expressing hope that such outreach programmes would improve access to government services and contribute to the overall well-being of the community.
