Apple’s upcoming iPhone 18 Pro lineup is set to introduce a fresh colour palette, with leaks indicating that the company will replace the Cosmic Orange variant with a new, deeper Dark Cherry finish. The shift was revealed through leaked dummy units shared by tipster Sonny Dickson, who showcased four expected colour options for the 2026 flagship series.
According to the leak, the Dark Cherry shade will headline the refreshed lineup, while the other three colours are expected to be Black, Silver, and Light Blue. The change marks a notable design update, as Apple continues its trend of rotating exclusive Pro‑series colours each year to differentiate new models and boost visual appeal.
Dickson did not reveal further details about the physical proportions of the iPhone 18 Pro models. However, earlier leaks from YouTuber Vadim Yuryev suggest that Apple will retain the same overall design language as last year’s models, with only minor refinements. These include thicker camera modules, with the black glass around the lenses reportedly protruding slightly more than before — a sign that Apple may be upgrading sensor sizes or optical hardware.
The iPhone 18 Pro series is expected to continue Apple’s push toward advanced imaging, AI‑powered features, and improved thermal performance. While the design remains familiar, the internal upgrades are anticipated to be more substantial, aligning with Apple’s broader strategy of integrating on‑device AI across its product ecosystem.
The colour refresh also reflects Apple’s ongoing effort to keep the Pro lineup visually distinct from the standard models, which typically receive more conservative finishes. With the Dark Cherry variant replacing Cosmic Orange, Apple appears to be shifting toward richer, more premium tones for its flagship devices.
