AGARTALA: Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha has appealed to the people of Tripura to light lamps on Thursday to mark the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, wishing him good health and a long life.
In his appeal, the Chief Minister called on state residents to join in the celebration by lighting diyas in their homes as a gesture of good wishes for the Prime Minister on his birthday.
Prime Minister Modi turns 76 on September 17.
