BISHALGARH: Two young men were injured on Tuesday after their motorcycle collided head-on with a speeding car on the Bishalgarh bypass road.
The impact threw the two riders, identified as Shahinur Islam and Goutam Tripura, to the side of the road. Passersby who witnessed the accident alerted the Bishalgarh Fire Services department, whose personnel rushed to the spot, rescued the injured men, and rushed them to the sub-divisional hospital.
Shahinur Islam, a resident of the Belonia area, is reported to be in critical condition. Goutam Tripura’s condition has not been specified.
Bishalgarh police rushed to the hospital upon receiving information about the accident.
