TCS 2026 Batch Induction Training Concludes at Pragya Bhavan

Agartala: The closing ceremony of the induction training programme for the Tripura Civil Service (TCS) 2026 batch was held at Pragya Bhavan here on Friday, organised by the State Institute of Public Administration & Rural Development (SIPARD), Agartala.

The training, conducted from March 10 to August 21, 2026, was held with the cooperation of the General Administration (P&T) Department, Government of Tripura, and covered various aspects of administrative functioning and public service delivery for newly appointed officers.

Addressing the concluding session, dignitaries emphasised the need for dedication, efficiency, and a people-oriented mindset among the trainees as they take up administrative responsibilities across the state.

Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha, Chief Secretary J.K. Sinha, and SIPARD Director Apurba Roy were among those present at the ceremony.

The Chief Minister urged the newly trained officers to work with integrity and sensitivity towards public needs, noting that their conduct in the field would directly shape people’s trust in the administration.

The programme concluded with felicitation of the trainees, marking the formal completion of their induction into the state civil service.
