Agartala: Angry consumers padlocked the Sekerkote Electricity Office on Friday, protesting against the alleged collection of excess power tariffs.
Locals reportedly gathered at the office and locked its gates in protest, demanding action against what they described as inflated electricity bills. The protest is said to have caused disruption to normal operations at the office for the duration of the demonstration.
