AGARTALA: Trade between India and Bangladesh will resume very soon, Bangladesh’s High Commissioner to India, Mohammad Riaz Hamidullah, said following a meeting with Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha.
Speaking to media persons after the meeting, the High Commissioner expressed optimism over the resumption of cross-border trade activities, indicating positive developments in bilateral commercial ties between the two countries. He noted that discussions with the Chief Minister had been productive, touching upon avenues to strengthen economic cooperation given Tripura’s strategic proximity to Bangladesh.
